We have a deep background in video and television production for a broad range of applications: corporate video, on-line media, commercials, broadcast documentaries, and non-profit communications.

We serve clients nationwide from our offices in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and produce in all formats – from digital to film, and everything in between.

Past clients have included Court TV, Showtime, PBS affiliates, MSNBC, the CBC, the Criterion Collection, and numerous corporate and non-profit organizations.

In addition to our video production capabilities, we are a full-service communications shop. We have experienced writers, graphic designers, and web producers who can deliver your vision in any medium.

Bios

Matt Ehling
Cinematographer, Senior Producer, Writer
Matt Ehling is the president of ETS Pictures, and an award-winning filmmaker. For twenty years, Matt has worked in multiple aspects of the television and video industry – from documentaies and commercials, to training videos and webisodes.

Many of Matt’s films have been broadcast on PBS, Bravo, and the IFC Channel, and have screened at film festivals around the globe.

Susan Marks
Senior Producer and Writer
Susan Marks is an award-winning writer and producer with fifteen years of experience creating media for broadcast, web, commercial, educational, training and corporate communications.

Her written work has been published by Simon and Schuster and the University of Minnesota Press.

Luke Grohovsky
Senior Web Designer
Luke Grohovsky is a web designer who specializes in micro sites and web-based media. Luke is also versed in 3D animation, Flash, print and graphic design.

Karen Manion
Senior Business Communications Producer

University of Minnesota

We will be partnering with the University of Minnesota to produce an outreach video on invasive species infestations. The video will be used to train volunteers across Minnesota, who will then go into the field to seek out evidence of the spread of invasive insect species.

Charting the history of University Avenue

We are working with Myers Communication Group on a new historical documentary that examines the history of the longest commercial corridor in the Twin Cities – University Avenue. The program will be presented on Twin Cities Public Television (TPT)

“70 Years” history project

ETS Pictures produced a short documentary teaser to publicize the launch of Randal Deitrich’s “70 Years” history project. “70 Years” is web-based historical review of World War II events, updated each day to show newspaper headlines and content from exactly 70 years before. There will be a launch party for the project at the Minnesota Historical Society on December 7th.
